Coinify Cancellation Policy
How to stop renewal of a Coinify subscription or trial.
Important information
To stop charges, cancel through the platform that bills you. Sending a support message alone does not change Apple or Google account settings.
1. What cancellation does
Cancellation disables future renewal. Paid access normally remains until the paid period ends; trial access may end earlier under platform rules. Check the cancellation confirmation and expiration date. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, erase account data, or cancel a marketplace order. Deleting the app or account does not automatically stop store billing.
2. Apple App Store
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Coinify, and choose Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial). Use the Apple Account shown on your receipt. Cancel free or discounted trials at least 24 hours before they end; for renewals, follow the timing shown by Apple and cancel before renewal processing.
Apple cancellation instructions. If no cancellation button appears and an expiration date is shown, the subscription is already canceled. Coinify support cannot operate your Apple Account settings.
3. Google Play
Open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Coinify, and Cancel subscription; follow the confirmation steps. Use the Google Account that made the purchase. Cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

4. Direct purchases, if offered
Use the subscription-management link in your purchase confirmation or billing account, where provided, or email support@sportscoutapp.com before renewal with your account email and order reference. State that you want automatic renewal canceled. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials. This legal website does not provide a billing dashboard. Direct cancellation is effective when a valid request is received, subject to any more favorable legal rights; support processing delays do not extend that deadline.
5. Refunds, deletion, and help
