Coinify Subscription Terms

1. Plans and paid features

The purchase screen specifies which features, usage allowances, price, currency, billing period, and taxes apply. A subscription may cover identification, automated grading, estimated pricing, collection tools, marketplace access, or premium articles as stated in the offer. It does not include physical collectibles, professional grading, shipping, or undisclosed services. Free features and paid plans may differ by platform and region.

If a one-time purchase is offered, it is charged once and does not automatically renew. Its included access and duration are those expressly disclosed before purchase; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of the Service or include every future product.

2. Trials and automatic renewal

A trial is available only when expressly offered, with eligibility, duration, subsequent price, and billing interval shown before acceptance. An auto-renewing trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled in time. A subscription then renews for the disclosed recurring period until canceled. Cancel Apple trials at least 24 hours before they end; cancel Google Play trials before they end. Follow your purchase confirmation for the renewal date and applicable platform timing.

3. Payment and changes

The platform charges the payment method you authorize. Keep your receipt and use the account that made the purchase when managing or restoring access. Failed payments may interrupt premium access under the platform’s billing rules. Price or material plan changes require advance notice and any consent required by law or the store. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. You may cancel before a change takes effect.

4. Canceling renewal

Follow the Cancellation Policy for Apple, Google Play, or direct purchases if offered. Paid access normally continues through the paid period; trial access may end immediately depending on the platform. Uninstalling the app, deleting an account, or ceasing use does not itself stop app-store billing.

5. Refunds and separate marketplace purchases

Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund an existing charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refunds and Money-Back Policy, applicable store rules, and mandatory law. Any voluntary guarantee applies only if expressly offered. A subscription refund does not cancel a physical-item transaction; see the marketplace terms.

6. Withdrawal and mandatory rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have 14 days from conclusion of an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. If you expressly request services to begin during that period, a proportionate charge for services supplied before withdrawal may apply where legally permitted. Starting an ongoing subscription does not by itself remove the withdrawal right.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgment, commencement of supply, and contract confirmation. For services, the applicable exception requires full performance and the required consent and acknowledgment. Merely accepting these policies or validating a purchase on our servers does not constitute that consent.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support (or the billing platform’s applicable process) identifying your account, purchase, and purchase date. For example: “I withdraw from my Coinify purchase dated [date], order [reference], account [email].” No particular wording is required. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming services and any more favorable local rights remain available.
